Wholemeal bread is made from wholemeal flour, which includes whole parts of wheat grains. Being a good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals, wholemeal bread contains bran, gram and endosperm. It is slightly denser with a chewier texture combined with a nutty and earthy flavour.

Storage Instructions

 

Store in Cool, dry place away from direct sunlight at room temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees Celsius. Our multigrain and wholemeal bread is suitable for shelf life extension by refrigerating in the chiller or freezer for up to 3 months. Frozen bread should first be generously sprinkled with drinkable water and placed into the oven at low to medium heat (175 degrees Celsius) for 20 minutes to 30 minutes to re-heat.
