Dark Rye Bread is a type of bread made from rye flour, known for its darker color and robust flavour. It contains unprocessed entire rye kernel (bran, germ and endosperm), producing heavier textures and more pronounced flavours.

Storage Instructions
Store in Cool, dry place away from direct sunlight at room temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees Celsius. Our dark rye bread is suitable for shelf life extension by refrigerating in the chiller or freezer for up to 3 months. Frozen bread should first be generously sprinkled with drinkable water and placed into the oven at low to medium heat (175 degrees Celsius) for 20 minutes to 30 minutes to re-heat.
